Small Arms Tactical is a retail gun shop that also handles FFL transfers. This means we can receive your incoming firearm from another FFL and process your background check. In addition, we can also ship out your handgun to an FFL of your choice. We want your FFL transfer experience to be affordable and easy. Our pricing and policies are straight forward and simple.

Policies
- Small Arms Tactical will only ship to the address listed on the firearms license (not to a secondary address).
- Handguns will have to be shipped via 2 day.
- Long guns can be shipped ground.
- Shipping costs will be covered by the customer before the firearm is either shipped or picked up.
- If you are having a firearm transferred to us, you will have to fill out a 4473 (Background Check). Once that has cleared then you can take home your firearm.
- If you transfer a firearm to us and you do not pass the background check, the firearm will be forfeited.
- If we have to send your firearm back to the original dealer there will be shipping charges added, plus an additional $35 for filling fees.
- Purchasing a NFA item will require the purchase of a tax stamp at minimum and a copy of your SOT license. Once the ATF has cleared your paperwork and we have received a copy, you will be contacted so you can come pick up your item.
